This RV has only 10,000 miles on it and had new tires put on it when I bought it from a friend of the family in 2018 who was the original owner. The engine runs great and drives great. The problem is with the chassis. A roof leak about the driver section has resulted in water damage to two interior cabinets and the outer side panel has warped and separated from the frame. I have since applied a sealer to this area and appears to be drying up. The generator runs. The AC/Furnace runs. Fridge and Stove works. All plumbing seems sound. Slide out works. Water heater lights but won"t stay lite. Canopy is missing but the mechanism is all in tact. Engine light was on but I found a loose battery cable and clamped it and light went out. Basically I bought this as an intro into the RV world and had hopes of renovating but don"t have the free time. I am hoping someone with RV knowledge and expertise can revive this motorhome and put it back in the game. It doesn"t appear anything needed would be expensive but just requires the know how.
