This was my father"s RV and he lived in it for 3 years. Summer and winters. Non-smoker and no pets. He has gotten too old to live alone so he has moved in with me and we have no use for this RV anymore
Everything is functional and works as it should. No weird smells or mold or issues that I know of. The inside is clean and the light wood color really makes this RV pleasant. Its a large unit with 3 slide outs so plenty of space for full time living if you"re looking to use this RV as a home.
We had the furnace serviced after this last winter. The AC functions. The fridge works and we have replacement door that is included with the sale. The oven and microwave work as normal. Comes with 2-3 large gas tanks. Everything that my dad used in this RV is included.
Please ask any questions. Unit sold as is and has no warranty. I will be taking a trip to the RV next weekend in order to take some more pictures. I am located in Colorado Springs and the RV is located in Limon Colorado which is about an hour drive. If you choose to purchase this RV I can provide pick up service at the airport and drive you to the RV.
