Exceptionally clean and in excellent conditions. When folded down it can be stored in the car garage (see pic) . The total length is about 19’ including the tongue and spare wheel. Easy to tow with SUV. Only 2 minutes to set it up. 30 Amps. cable . Everything works; however I have not used anything related to the propane, except for the 3 burners stove that are working fine. It has 2 full propane tanks 20 lbs. each, battery is only 1 year old, air conditioner, deep front storage area, 3 speeds reversible electric vent fan, very good tires and spare, THETFORD cassette toilet, small shower, 4 stabilizing heavy duty pads, 2 exterior AC outlets, porch light, original manuals for everything. " Dometic" refrigerator, 6 gallons water heater with thermostat, 16 gallon fresh water tank, stainless steel sink with nylon cover, 3 burners stove, sofa bed, removable table, good cushions all around, all factory curtains are present, 2 interior lights, 3 double interior AC outlets, and good window screens. The camper has electric trailer brakes which I did not use. The sofa become a king size bed of 76" by 76" just moving a sliding plywood panel and adding the top of the table between the 2 lateral seats and using all the soft cushions. The spare tire has the original white cover that is not shown on the picture ! You will need a 2 inches hitch ball and the round style 7 pin plug on your vehicle to tow it.
