A 2004 Alfa Toy Hauler. It is a 40ft 5 th wheel Toy Hauler with 2-slides and a 12ft garage.

Gross Vehicle Weight Rating=17,999 – Unloaded Vehicle Weight=12,740 – Cargo Carrying Capacity=4,283 I purchased the trailer in 2008 in Las Vegas, NV. I used this trailer for living in while working on the road. I have pulled the trailer from Vegas to Los Angeles area, CA and now to AZ. My family and I out grew the trailer and are no longer in need of it. The garage has adjustable tie down rails on both sides which I have recessed into the floor. Full size backdoor ramp for loading/unloading, accessibility hatches from the outside on both sides of the trailer to check your load or get at important items. I replaced the AC to DC converter for the electrical in 2011 and the batteries were replaced in 2014. The heating and air unit was refurbished in 2013. A new on demand water heater was installed in 2014. The refrigerator was just replaced January 2016. There is a built in Onan generator with electric start wired inside the trailer. A fuel tank that runs the generator and the exterior fueling station. Fresh water, grey and black water tanks. Since I have used the trailer only in full hook ups conditions I have never used the trailer in dry camping conditions, however everything did work when I purchased the trailer in 2008. All outlets, sinks, toilet, 3 burner stove/oven, microwave and shower work perfect.
