Vehicle description
A unique, one-of-a-kind motor home, custom-built by Airstream. This 2004, 26-foot, class A motor coach is on a GM Workhorse chasis and has less than 10,000 miles on the 8.1 liter Chevrolet Vortex engine. Sick of the interior floral patterns of other motor homes? This coach has beautiful black and stainless steel decor throughout. Comes equipped with day/night pleated shades, fiberglass shower, oak veneer flooring, gas/electric two-door refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven range, microwave oven, gas/electric six-gallon water heater, 30,000 BTU furnace, 13,500 BTU air conditioner with heat, 7.0 kw generator, 48 gallon fresh water tank, heated holding tanks, power leveling jacks, back-up monitor, 10-disc CD changer, keyless entry. Original retail price was $125,840.00.
Although beautiful, this motor coach is not perfect. As such it is offered in "as is" condition. Some issues that need attention are: Although checked by mechanics and in certified safe condition, the brakes squeal when hot; some of the double-pane windows are fogged; the holding tank has a slight leak when first opened; and some of the clear coat paint is peeling, especially on the back of the coach, Also, some exterior plastic covers were cracked by a recent hail storm. See photos for examples. A price reduction reflects these condition issues.
