This trailer was in the middle of the restoration, when tree branch fell on the front. As seen in the pictures trailer will need some work. We have towed this trailer for about 100 miles and tows just fine. As far as paperwork, this trailer is offered with bill of sale, and VIN verification from local PD. This should be enough for most states. In case needed, we can offered registration at buyers expense, please contact me for details PRIOR to bid.
