Bought this with the intention of refinishing and making into a tiny home but abandoned the idea due to not enough time to work on it. I bought it from a dealer for 5k and gutted it and started working on replacing everything. It had a leak in the back corner so i started by painting on multiple layers of latex roofing and then started to replace the water damage. The slide out works fine and goes in and out with no problems. All light work and there is no leaks from the skylights. The ac works and cools just fine. I dont think i have ever tried the heater though but it has a propane furnace. I am not sure if the oven and fridge worked as i have never used them. I am assuming they do and i think they are propane powdered but also runs on electricity. The underside is in good shape and the wheels are in great shape as well as the jacks. All in all it has massive potential if you have the time to work on it. If you have any questions let me know.
