2003 Winnebago Minnie 329B Less then 9k Miles!
Here is your chance to own a lot of RV for the price you want to pay!
This dual slide out floor plan is awesome and being a class C RV it is driver friendly. It sits on a Ford 350 chassis and is powered by the low mileage V10. Step inside the mid chassis door and you will find a jackknife sleeping soda located in the front slide out, four person dinette that converts for sleeping, convient kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and freezer as well as overhead storage and TV, DVD player located over the cab. Step towards the rear of the RV and you will find the private toilet area as well as the full shower. In the rear of the RV and located in the second slide out you will find a queen bed with tons of storage and vanity area. The coach features a 4000w Onan generator when power is not available as well as holding tank heaters for those late fall winter trips. We have owned the RV since early 2016 have taken it around Ohio as well as Lake Cumberland KY and Lake Douglas TN. We almost always pulled twin jet skis and the RV runs and drives great.
We bought a lake house the following year and the RV has sat inside our barn and has been used for guest overflow and has only been on two trips in the last three years. The RV was taken to Lake Cumberland last September and has not been out of the barn this year.
The bad: The RV was owned originally by an elderly couple that put the first 4500 miles on the RV and then parked it beside their home after the husband past away. The RV developed a leak in the overhead cab area at some point and stained the carpet in the driver area and just into the coach area. We removed all the caulk from this area and caulked all the seams back in and did not have any further issues. Last September I did notice a small leak during a rain storm so there will need to be additional inspection and repairs made. Also there is one area of delamination on the passenger side in front of the dinette window.-See photo of my hand. We also replaced all six tires, front brakes and rotors and got all systems working. Currently everything appears to be in working order including the self leveling hydraulic jacks. If we were going to use the RV and travel I personally would remove the carpet and replace with a newer vinyl flooring system to upgrade the look of the RV.
