I am selling this RV for my parents. They were the first and only owner"s of this RV, but sadly have reached an age where it is too much for them to manage. The engine (V10 Triton), drive train, and frame are in excellent condition. The living quarters are generally in excellent condition through there is some evidence of water leaks around windows and both lower rear corners. All seams should be re-sealed/caulked. The awning is missing on the passenger side of the vehicle. All of the appliances, generator, plumbing, electrical, etc. work. We used the RV for a short camping trip to the Colorado mountains in Sept. 2018 and I drove it from Denver to San Antonio in November so they could stay in it for a couple weeks while they visited over the holidays. The RV drives well and is very stable on snowy roads. A package of documentation comes with the vehicle and a full list of options and features is shown in the one of the pictures.
