I am selling my 2003 Teton 5th wheel RV camper. I purchased this to place on some property we are purchasing but after we found a motorhome we fell in love with, we decided to go that route.
I will consider some trades. . maybe a small bumper pull travel trailer, a nice car or truck/cargo van, Goldwing, cargo or flatbed trailer. . anything I can put to use. It can be a partial trade and cash or I can add cash to the proper trade.
If you know anything about the Teton product you already know they were known to build a very high end quality unit. This Teton is in need of some TLC and a serious cleaning. I had planned to do some work on it after placing it on our property but that has never happened, it is sitting in a RV storage yard and there is no room to open the slides and they will not permit any work on the property.
I will make some comments about the camper:
- - 2003 Teton Experience/ Aspen model year - - triple slide out rooms (you really forget you are in a trailer) - - called a 40"er . . but actually closer to 42" in total length - - it is a 102" wide body unit (most are only 96", the extra 6" makes a hugh difference in the interior) - - triple axles (6k each) . . total GVWR is 22,000 (see VIN sticker) - - tires are aged but still good (I just towed it 1800 miles and did great) - - clear Arizona title - - solid wood cabinets and trim thru out - - solid surface countertops - - call 847 or text 309 at 0245 - - dual pane windows - - two roof A/C"s - - arctic insulation winter package (these were built for extreme temps. . full time living) - - power jacks up front - - there was a roof A/C leak on the inside that damaged the ceiling fabric. . needs to be re-glued in places
I am trying to be fair and honest with the description of the trailer. . it will need some attention but the price is reduced for someone to get a good quality built trailer for a small investment. It"s difficult to find a triple axle unit and not spend a fortune. I can"t release the trailer until funds are confirmed.
