Hello, This is a low mileage RV that is in good condition and ready for your vacation or road trip! It has one slide out and sleeps seven. It has lots of storage space up front with a DVD screen in the middle. It has a bed that slides out from under the cabinets for one person. It has a chair by the door and a sofa bed behind the drivers seat. The AC and the refrigerator are cold and the stove and microwave work good! Everything else works as well. Refrigerator was replaced in 2015. 4kw Onan Generator with 542 hours on it. V10 Engine, new tires on the back and tires with 3/4 tread on the front. Inspected till March of 2019 It did have a roof leak at the front that has been repaired and there is no leaks now. I have pictures of the roof and the front drivers side bunk area where the side has a bubble from water damage. If you want more Pictures you can email me and I will send them to you. We had bought it to rent out and it was in Colorado, Kentucky and Canada this past summer. We have the opportunity to buy a dream house so we need to sell this RV.
