Up for auction is a very nice 2003 Salem by Forest river 30BHSS Travel Trailer it is 30 foot long , super Slide bunk house . It is in very nice condition interior is very clean well maintained , everything works ,all light , outlets , water pump 1 year old , no stains on furniture no tears, ect. all cabinets are great no breaks ,ect. slide works great , AC will freeze you out , furnace works great , hot water heater works great recently serviced , stove works great , microwave works great, 3 way fridge works great , the carpet near entry door does have some wear overall decent , no smells or significant issues with interior . Exterior is also very clean all light work , decals look good has stain near range vent , damaged paint ( a friend guessed someone used wasp/ hornet killer to kill pests inside range vent door common problem ) This was like this when we bought it . Has an Awning but has some issues & needs some repairs done to the mechanism, material itself is fine & can be lowered & raised but need a ladder ( not enough tension on spring ? ) Tires are good shape ,spare is like new, There are no leaks & no water damage , everything works great. Trailer brakes recently serviced & work great , wheel bearing recently serviced , 4 scissor type leveling jacks work great, front jack works great , new LP tank cover , Great camper for a growing family .
