This is a 1 owner well maintained coach. Our Momaco Executive 40’ PBT 500 Cummins was special ordered by us and has always been stored under cover since new. Entire coach is in excellent condition! Upgrades include a residential side by side refrigerator with ice and water in door, new TVs with in motion satellite plus led interior lighting upgrades. There are too many options to list all. Has king bed, 10k Onan generator, double Girard awnings on passenger side, lower bin slide outs and much more. Coach has been serviced every 7-10,000 miles All 4 house batteries and every filter on coach were changed last year. The generator has 3,260 hours and has been serviced about every 200 hours. The glo plugs and starter were changed last year on generator also. Tag axle tires are 1 year old Other tires are about 5-6 years old and look like new. For safety concerns they probably should be replaced. Service records are available. Please contact me with any questions.
