Item description:
2003 Lance model 1025 lite fully self contained slide in pickup truck camper. Lance says it can sleep 6 persons, includes large roomy cab over queen size bed very nice stain free mattress, dinette table turns into nice double bed in just moments and above that you have the cabinet in which will become the bunk bed, this is best for single adult or 2 smaller children. Built in stereo am/fm with cd player. Has excellent working Duo-Therm roof air conditioner. Also separate wall mounted factory propane furnace with wall thermostat set to your select temperature, this is so nice on those fall camping trips. Great for those big memorable winter vacations or big game hunting trips. Also 12 volt deep cycle battery to manage your power when not plugged in or hooked to your truck or electric power. Very large 2 door Norcold refrigerator and freezer works very well and uses 12 volt, 110 volt, or propane and holds a lot of food and can handle 1/2 gallon ice cream boxes no problem. Propane gas stove is a 3 burner with a very nice oven and over head microwave built in above stove. Has a 6 gallon hot water heater which works off of electric or propane gas dual option and works on a thermostat most rvs are only propane but I used the electric element side no need to use your gas because at camp ground sites your electric is included. Beautiful full wet bathroom , toilet, sink and standing or sit down shower, there is an outside shower as well with the hot and cold nice to remove that beach sand. This camper has a very good roof which has always been well kept, maintained and sealed as needed. The roof has been sealed in 2021 along with all new vents and seals, pipe caps and roof a/c gasket this should keep you for water tight for another 18 years. Also has 2 fresh air ceiling crank up vents with fans, and the push up vent or emergency exit above cab over bunk if needed. All vents and sky lights have inside snap on covers for the care of the camper and help with weather temperatures as needed. Lance thinks of everything. There are water holding tanks for fresh water, gray water and black water all with electronic fullness gauge mounted inside on wall to keep all levels checked with ease. Sliding front window opens access to truck cab rear window. Camper has 4 electric remote corner jacks which are controlled by a hand held remote while walking around camper making sure all is good while loading or unloading. You can load or unload camper in a matter of a few minutes with absolutely no sweating or work involved. Super sweet. This camper has a dry weight of around 2400 lbs. You need at least a 3/4 ton, with an 8 foot long bed truck. That is what I have a 3/4 ton 8 foot bed.
Camper condition:
Folks Its hard to find a nicer used camper in better condition then this one. It is a well kept and super clean camper. This camper has just been used this week and everything works as it should. Pictures are just taken 10/05/21. Its a non smoker and pet free with no odors still smells almost new. Interior is super clean and in beautiful condition, All cushions no stains or smells or rips. Carpets clean and nice. All window blinds and curtains very nice. Flooring covering original and super clean. All wood cabinets and it has lots of storage areas and counters and they still look like new. Remember folks this is a 18 year old unit so it has some minor wear and some scratches, possible dent or paint fading and a few spots of caulking that may not look perfect. This is a camper that has easily another 18 years left to make those family memories and vacation dreams all come true for along time. I have given you as honest as a description and pictures as possible and hopefully did not miss anything. All photos just taken in the past day. Please read all the description. This is a wonderful camper. I do not think its spent its entire life in a garage before I purchased it, but still very nice condition.

This is a no reserve auction sold to high bidder After winning the auction, you must send $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of auction ending. Then within 4 days after auction ends it must be paid by contacting me to make remaining balance due by cash or certified bank check. These units are sold by bill of sale not a title. I will store camper up to 30 days free of charge, but again must be paid in full. I will help anyone load camper and go over the unit upon picking up. If you need it transported I may have a person that would do that, please check with me for cost . If you have any questions or concerns contact me before you bid, I will get you an answer. The four corner turn buckles are included with camper but you will need to attach somewhere to your truck.
