Up for auction (with a VERY LOW RESERVE)/Sale is our 2003 Travel Trailer 33ft Sprinter by Keystone Travel Trailer. The approximate dry weight of this travel trailer is 7,095lbs. There is a bedroom in the front of the trailer that accommodates a queen size bed. (queen size bed is not included). As you walk from the front of the trailer to the rear, there is a kitchen sink, a gas cook top stove/oven, an overhead microwave, with a refrigerator/freezer. On the right side of the trailer is the electric slide out, which includes a pull-out couch (that can sleep 2) and a dinette that folds down into a bed (which can sleep 2). Across from the slide out, beside the refrigerator, is a bathroom that contains a shower/bathtub, vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet, and a toilet. In the rear of the trailer is a bunkhouse. 2 bunkbeds on the right side, 2 bunkbeds on the left, with a closet in between, with a place for a tv on top (tv not included). The travel trailer does have a retractable awning attached. The awning is in good condition with no rip and/or tears. Also, the trailer includes (2) 60-gallon propane tanks. Everything described above is in good condition and can be seen in the pictures.
As with any trailer this age, there are 2 minor issues, and they are as follows:
1. The white coating on the top of the slide out has started to wear down; therefore, there is a slight leak that has just started. With that stated, there are no soft spots in either the ceiling or floors, throughout the travel trailer and the slide out in particular.
2. As the caulk in two of the outside windows has started to age. I had taped them to prevent damage, however, I never got around to having them re-caulked. With that stated however, there are no leaks or wall damage from any of these windows.
Aside from these two issues, everything else is in good working order. The only reason my wife and I are selling this travel trailer is because we are downsizing vehicles, and our new vehicle cannot pull it.
The trailer travel is located in New Smyrna Beach, FL, and has to be picked up, as I cannot deliver.
