2003 Keystone Sprinter 248RB - e-z tow (only 4625 pounds!)
Beautiful condition!
Please note - the personal items in photographs are NOT included (including bedding, decor, etc). The original curtains and bedspread are included.
26" x 8" (no slides)
4625 pounds dry weight (can be towed with an SUV! !)
Dual axle
Air conditioner (blows freezing cold!)
Heater
Nice sized refrigerator and separate freezer - works perfect
Radio (AM/FM work but CD player does not) with multiple built in speakers
Stove with oven (hardly used)
TONS of storage space - lots of cupboards, storage under seats, under bed, bedroom closet and cupboards, large closet in bathroom
Full bathroom with toilet, sink, tub/shower (small tub but fine for bathing a child)
Skylights
Has built in antenna but not sure if it works as we never used it.
Microwave
Comes stocked with pots & pans, some camping gear.
4 Brand new tires (in August - only used once to move it here - less than 40 miles. .does need new spare)
2 propane tanks
Brakes just serviced
Front of trailer just redone (had a small leak on edge - NOT roof - so hubby and a friend redid the entire front - no more leaks - all wood redone, new insulation - have photos to show if you want to see - the wallpaper in the bedroom closets had bubbled due to the water damage - we redid everything but the wallpaper)
Immaculate condition - never smoked in - no pets in - inside looks almost new!
Comes with brand new sewer hoses and fresh water hose

This is ready to go - great to head south in for the winter!
The wallpaper border shown in one of the pictures has been removed
Water lines have been blown out but not yet winterized (have the antifreeze to do so but wanted to list before doing so in case someone wants this to get out of cold Maine!).
Everything that we have tested works (I bought it off my mother in August but our lives have taken a new direction).
The only thing that needs to be replaced is the awning - it is the original so is 15 years old and has worn and has tears/mildew (normal for an older awning) - can buy a new one on Amazon for around $100 (I looked and was going to replace when we were keeping.
This does need to be picked up here in Newcastle, Maine.
$500 deposit via PayPal (or cash if local) due within 3 days of auction end date - must be paid in full within 7 days of auction end date. Can pay remaining balance in cash when camper is picked up. Must be picked up within 7 days of auction end date unless other arrangements made. If you want to pay via a bank check or money order then it will be a 7 day wait until the funds clear before the camper can leave (unless a local bank or post office where I can take and cash immediately).
I am NOT able to deliver this as I do not have a truck.
This has been used very little - basically for short vacations.
