2003 Jayco Qwest 8U Pop Up Camper. Nice camper in good shape (8 foot mid-section total towing length 12 feet). Has two extra wide/long twin beds (48x79). Has a dinette area with two sofa benches and a folding table which converts to other sleeping area. Can sleep 6 people, has two storage areas’ under each sofa bench, ice box, a sink with pump faucet, under the sink storage, another small cabinet for storing equipment and documents. Included are two cracking rods and manuals. Camper requires a 2" ball and a 4-Way plug connected on the tow vehicle Outside canopy: The outside canopies are in good shape with no tears and Velcro strips are in working condition. Inside: Is clean with no mold or musky smells, normal wear and tear, nonsmokers and no pets. Screens are in good shape with no tears and plastic windows are in good shape, no tears, mold and are clear. Doorway: Door is in good shape and is operational. Brand new bug / water seal was just installed. Extra features: Comes with A/C (tested and is in working condition), has two newer tires with new rims on it (hardly used), two new spare tires with rims and a new tire cover. On site camping: Just plug in the main power cord to the electrical supply provided by the camp site to operate lights and air conditioner unit. Plug comes with an adapter so you can hook up to any standard house outlet. Off grid camping: Has the capability to operate the inside lights off a deep cycle battery which is attached to front frame of camper. There is a built in charging system that charges the battery while you are towing the camper. We have never used this function and never tested it. Battery might need to be charged / replaced and checked for operational function. There is propane system built in for attaching a portable cooking stove. Lines will need to be checked as we never used them. Two new gas register caps were just installed. Cook stove is included (never used). You will need a propane tank. Camper was just cleaned and new caulking put around all outside lights, corners and edges. Frame was lightly sanded and painted. Roof main seam was serviced at authorized dealer about 5 years ago. Center seal was removed, new seam tape installed, center seal put back and caulked along both sides of seal. It’s a lightweight camper that can be towed easily. After unhitching you can move into final position by hand. Buyer is responsible for picking up or having shipped to them. We can meet buyer one hour away from pickup location (Madison, New Jersey) at an agreed location. Alternate pickup (Wilkes Barre PA for an extra $100.00) Camper must be pickup within two weeks from sales date. Pickup is available on either a Saturday or Sunday only. New Jersey classifies the camper as non-title and is sold on a bill of sales. Overall the camper is in good shape and should be check by an authorized service center before operating.
