If your looking for a nice clean pop up, this is for you. .
Lightweight little pop up with lots of features 1100 lbs unloaded, 2000 lbs gvw, 170lb tongue weight Uses a 2" ball and 4 pin electrical connection Does not have electric brakes, so no state inspection (in PA) required
It has Cold A/C, Gas furnace I checked the AC, it was 90 outside and the a/c was blowing at 60 degrees Electric Refrigerator. Works well 2 burner Gas Stove that can be used inside, as well as another gas grill that can be mounted to the side of the camper Water system is from the city water connection. Does not have hot water or hot water heater. It does not have an awning. Cranks down stabilizers front and rear
We took this in on trade. Well maintained and cared for camper. The canvas and screens are in great condition. No rips or tears The inside has nice roll up shades on the windows and by the beds ends for privacy The wheels and tires were just replaced, brand new, bearing repacked. Tows great All systems are in working order. Really all there is the furnace, a/c, two lights and simple water The camper is solid, floors are solid, no soft spots or signs of any water damage. Interior mattress, cushions and seats are in great shape, no odors, tears. All of the lights and signals are working as they should
The couple things I noticed about the camper. The decals are starting too peel. The refrigerator is not the original, it was replaced at sometime with a box store small fridge. Works fine, just not original. The Linoleum is original so its 17+ years, it has some scrapes in it under the table legs. Lastly, the roof was resealed kind of sloppy at one time, instead of replacing the center roof seem, they just used everbond tape over the old seam. It works well and is definetly sealed, just doesn"t look the greatest in my opinion. All of these items are shown in pics.
