Great open floor plan to either live in or travel. Body is good, decals are sun cracked. As far as I"ve been able to test, everything works, however the AC never blew cold. With a little TLC this could be perfect, meaning there are little things like drawer glides that need fixed. .a little attention to some trim that needs re-nailed. Not a lot, but a couple things I noticed. We bought this to put on our 2+ acre lot North of Ashfork (also for sale) I pulled it with my 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 Turbo diesel (also for sale) with no issues.
