This is a lovely and loved RV in good condition. I included picture of the NADA values for you to see. Unit has new vinyl flooring in living area. Floor was laid professionally and layer commented on how the condition of plywood under floor was in wonderful condition with no watermarks or decay he could find. Remainder of flooring is original. We will suggest this unit would need a 3/4 to one ton truck to pull it safely. Unit has electric brakes and were replaced 2 years ago. This is a heavy unit at over 9000 lbs. Unit has grey water tank and black water tank. Fresh water tank is 40 gal. My husband and I are not able to get out camping as much as we once did. We purchased a new gel foam mattress with coils under. Purchased season before last from Menards. We had to be able to sleep well as we both battle joint pain. Unit has been a great RV! Repairs have been normal maintenance and quite minimal. Roof doesn"t leak. Ceiling of living area is vaulted making the room feel so large and ample. Living area has a queen sofa sleeper and 2 cream colored, his and her leather recliners at rear. Large picture window at rear living. Fridge and Freezer working well. Furnace and CAC also working well. Furnace was maintenanced last season and is propane with thermostat control. Both Furnace and CAC are central ducted. Kitchen has a pull out pantry for storage. This unit has lots of storage. We replaced the old tube television with a LCD 32" flat screen. Husband mounted in the space for television on a swivel so no worries about it moving in transit. There is a small flat screen in master bedroom. Sound system is piped through RV. Unit has a washer dryer closet. We never bought the appliance as we mostly camped locally. Bath has large corner shower with small seat and skylight directly above that does not leak. Toilet in water closet across the hall. There is a vinyl accordion type curtain between bath area and master bedroom for privacy. Siding on unit is Aluminum with Front fiberglass cap. Wheels and tires in average condition. I accidentally marked on the NADA breakdown the wheels were alloy. They are not. Sorry. Feel free to ask any questions or better yet come look at this unit. It could be yours in time to go camping!
