“It is a used vehicle over 14 years old, so expect some wear and tear. This unit needs just a little TLC. I have it priced to compensate for any flaws it may have. It does have some delamination and the rear bumper is cracked. It had a roof leak before I bought it but it appears to be fixed now. The steps and house lights worked until the last trip I made. The house lights will work when the generator is on or when it is plugged to land power (this is possibly a blown fuse but I have been unable to locate one or it may need a new battery). I have posted many pictures so you can see its condition but I could only post 24 pictures. If you would like additional pictures tell me what you would like a picture of and send me your email address and I will email them to you.”

Vehicle description

I am selling a 2003 Gulfstream BT Cruiser 24 ft Motorhome, Model 5230. It is a Ford F450 6.8L Triton V10 with 33,129 miles. It gets from 10 to 12 MPG. Mechanically it is in great condition. I just had new front brakes and rotors put on. It is in good condition inside and out but keep in mind that it is a used vehicle over 14 years old, so expect some wear and tear. I have most of the manuals for it.
Some of its features are: Cruise; Tilt; Power/heated Side mirrors; Camera with Dash Monitor; Drivers and Passenger Airbags; Leather Seats; Power Door Locks, Power Windows; Cold Dash AC; Radio with CD; Slide out; Rear Bath; Kitchen with Magic Chef 3 Burner Cooktop and Oven, Sharp Microwave, Dometic Refrigerator Model # RM2652; Dinette that makes a bed; Couch that makes a bed; 24" Dynex TV; Roof Antenna; Dometic Roof AC; Suburban 25,000 BTU Gas Furnace; Wall Thermostat; 6 Gal Gas Water Heater; Gas Leak Detector; Generic Generator, Model # 004700-0 with 183.1 hours; Heated Holding Tanks; Fire Extinguisher; Smoke Detector; Electric Steps; Hitch.
Black/Gray Capacities are 30 Gal; LP Gas Capacity is 48 lbs; Fresh Water Capacity is 38 Gal. The tires are in great condition (lots of tread) with a spare that looks like it has never been on the ground. I have driven it to Florida about 6 times this past year and it cranked, ran and drove great. I have checked (refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, water in the kitchen and bath, hot water heater, heat, AC’s, TV, generator, cruise, power side mirrors, windows and locks, camera & monitor, radio) and all are in working order.
This would make a great starter motor home. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. NADA shows the average retail on a motor home like this to be around $24,000.00. Please, read the ad and ask questions before buying. If you have a feedback of 5 or less or if you are expecting a new motor home, do not bid on this motor home. It costs money to list on Ebay.
