only issues are that the check engine light comes and goes, the side doors work but are stiff and a little out of alignment and the upper latches have to be opened manually, the drivers seat needs reupholstering, and most times from a dead stop you have to go thru the gears manually - doesn"t really effect the driveability as it drives perfect and seems to me kind of pointless to replace the trans over that but one can be had for around 5-600 for a good one
