Very Nice Popular Landau model, A Serious House on Wheels! Fully Self Contained, Superslide in living area opens it up very Nicely, super Roomy and Cozy, many nice upgrades and amenities. Bedroom slide as well. Interior of coach is in absolute amazing condition, exterior has normal expected wear.

Coach is fantastic condition for the year, only 6,300 original miles! Workhorse chassis, runs and drives beautifully! Amazing amount of storage both inside and out. Beautiful cabinetry, countertops, nice lighting and color scheme, lots of windows and nice blinds + + throughout. Full kitchen with excellent counter space, storage, and large Microwave, XL Refrigerator/Freezer! Bedroom has the RV Queen bed/Slide, Full bath, Large Corner shower and closets + Roof and tires are in fantastic condition.
ALL Appliances, 2 Central A/C"s + + work excellent and just as they should! Coach actually has 2 house heaters as well! Power levelers, drivers door, rear camera, hitch + +
FYI. Coach has no generator, taken out for whatever reason, most are hardly used. .if you need one a portable works well. Rear left drivers corner has a boo-boo, can see in pics. Visors missing. One little leak in corner above drivers seat, not an issue. . Cab A/C needs a service, will be trying to get that done but so far everyone is booked out at least 3 weeks, will do my best but no guarantee.
