Up for auction is a 2003 Sandpiper, rear living room, triple slide fifth wheel. It has an unusual amount of inside and outside storage and is in very good condition. Options include ducted air 15K BTU, 15" patio awning, 8 cubic ft gas/electric refrigerator, range with 21" oven, microwave, day/night shades, ceiling paddle fan, TV, Stereo with CD player, roof rack and ladder, tinted windows, free standing table with 2 chairs, chrome rims, 6 gallon DSI water heater, ducted furnace, outside shower. Normal wear on body of the coach. Has some minor dents in the aluminum but nothing effecting the use of the coach. I have pictures of visible damage in the photos . The inside of the fifth wheel is in pretty good condition for its age. Has some scratches in the bottom part of cabinet from someone scuffing it, the paneling on the ceiling above one of the sofas has a transition molding that is crinkling, and one of the mirrors in the bathroom vanity doors is cracked and there is a stain on the sink for the bathroom. All appliances are in working order that we know of but is being sold as is. For an additional $800.00 we can provide a prep(making sure all major appliances are in fully working order).
