With 3 slide outs, a large Queen size double bed in the rear, double sofa bed and dinette that converts into sleeping for 2 it will sleep 6 comfortably. Huge amount of under cabin storage areas ensures this RV can accommodate a good size family for a short or long term vacation anywhere in the country. Refitted items included: Kitchen counter tops, dinette, Queen bedroom mattress, 2 seater love seat sofa, washer/dryer combo, curtains, blinds, wall coverings, light fittings, new flooring throughout, shower/bath unit, half bath, television, DVD player, CB radio, roof replaced and windshield. No expense was spared in the refit. Mechanically the RV is in excellent condition with having only traveled 37317 miles. Tires are less than 10,000 miles It is powered by a Caterpillar Turbo Diesel pusher. In excellent condition and extremely reliable. The built in generator has only 709 Hours and works in perfect harmony with the electrical system of the RV. The body of the vehicle has sustained some external damage which whilst not serious does detract from the overall attractiveness of this vehicle, this however does not prevent the vehicle from being licensed and can be easily repaired. The asking price of the RV reflects the external condition.
