Up for auction is a 2003 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 38ft Class A Motorhome with 2 Slide Outs on a Workhorse chassis with a 8.1L GM Vortec V8 Gas Engine and Allison Automatic Transmission. This unit came from North Carolina and was driven up here. This has the drivers door option, 22.5" wheels with chrome simulators and Yokohama tires with good tread left. It has the A&E main awning and dual slide out topper awnings, rear ladder, dual roof A/Cs, King Dome Auto Scan Satellite. The generator is an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 with 372 hours. The interior has a green colored carpet, tan flex steel dual front leather seats with power drivers, seat, power heated mirrors, dual front fans, wrap around windshield curtain, Vizio flatscreen TV with 5 DVD disc receiver and panasonic surround sound, boss stereo, 4 front cup holders, Power Gear leveling jacks, tilt, cruise, dash A/C. The living room has a tan leather recliner and fold out end table, the chair is movable and has a movable coffee table with cup holder and dual cabinets. The sofa is a tan leather J sofa jack knife sofa bed. The dinette has green cloth and leather cushions with drop down table for sleeping. The valances have day/night shades. The kitchen has vinyl flooring, corian countertop with sink and sink covers, 2 burner stove, fold out shelf table, convection stainless oven, Dometic dual door refrigerator stainless and roof vent/fan. The hallway has mirror closet doors and a splendide washer/dryer combo. The bathroom has a full door that opens as privacy to the kitchen/living room. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, vanity with sink and sink cover, shower with sliding door and mirror cabinet. The bedroom has a sliding door, bed with mattress(no comforter or pillow shams, desk area with window and valances with day/night shades, reading lights, closet and cabinets and corner area for a TV. The GVW is 22,000 lbs. The rear outside tires have some dry rot cracks, we are unable to verify the dates codes but they are not the original tires. The drivers side 2nd to last cabinet has some aftermarket hinges someone put on with a few scuff marks at the top(see pics) door still opens and closes properly. The interior is fairly clean, the carpeting has some minor stains here and there and normal average wear and use for its age minor scratches etc., this unit has some miles on it and didn"t just sit around like some do, it was used. Great first motorhome to start out with if you are looking for a GM Motorhome instead of the ford gas.
