We are selling our Fleetwood Pace Arrow Model 36B Motorhome.
This is an exceptional 36 foot motorhome that has always been stored in an indoor climate controlled building. It has never had pets, small children or smoking.
Three years ago we took it to have all the graphics replaced with even better looking 3M ones as well as renewing the paint job. When you see the result, you see it was worth the effort, as it looks like new.
The interior has white ultra-leather furniture with upgraded Cherry cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a pull out pantry and lots of cabinets.
It has a great sounding surround sound system and two TV"s. The satellite system has been upgraded to the top of the line Wineguard Traveler auto seeking system that includes HD, and a crank up antenna with digital converter.
There is the optional washer/dryer, and dinette booth that converts to a bed.
There are three fully automatic AC units and two furnaces. A solar panel keeps the batteries charged and of course, a big Onan generator. Above the dash is a built in digital compass and outside temperature unit. The refrigerator is three way and automatically sources 110VAC or propane or battery power
There are three large slides and an 8.1 liter 350 HP Workhouse engine with an Allison 6 speed transmission, and recent Koni shocks. There is the optional driver side door and I put in brand new headlight assemblies with HID bulbs.
The large A&E awning is remote controlled and will also close by itself in strong winds.
I an very anal about maintenance and this unit has the oil changed every time we take it out of storage, and every part has been meticulously maintained and lubricated. Brakes are recent as were batteries. When something breaks we always have it professionally repaired by our dealer.
In addition to the items that came standard, or were options the coach we added side window driving shades, stone shield and other items.
Like with used cars, condition is everything. This motor coach is in exceptional condition. I have all manuals and repair records.
The NADA price guide shows the coach as equipped at $45,050 for average condition, but does not have a listing for ones in exceptional condition. (a dealer would ask a lot more)
