Make: Pace American was purchased by Sun Capital Partners in 2010, and then Look Trailers in 2011. Condition: Used, good, working, scratches, small dents, pealed stickers, no known water leaks, but final, legal decision of the trailer condition needs to be determined by the buyer before buyer agrees to Purchase Agreement Completion, and with all sales final with no legal recourse, unless buyer faults on monetary purchase funds.
The tire tread, overall wheel condition, and spare tire and wheel appear good, but you are the judge of safety to consult a professional. All of the parking, brake, and turn blinker lights are currently operational, but you are the judge who has to continually monitor safe operation of all trailer operational wheel, tire, light, and structure operational safety. Image shows hitch Jack, but it has since been removed, Jack is not included in the price, and needs a new hitch leveling Jack if you feel that you are not safely able to lift trailer by hand to truck hitch point. For me, the trailer is easy to lift by hand, particularly when empty, but also when loaded with misc household items, not heavy appliances forward of axle pivot point. There’s a small dent on the lower left door, and bumper rub marks on both sides of the front lower hitch area. If the trailer is damaged or unsafe for any reason, then you are not required to purchase, and I am not held accountable for any reason, to include your time, travel, citations, and or accidents of anything or anyone associated with the trailer, you, other property, or other people, pets, livestock, animals, or wildlife.
VIN on California and Missouri License Plate Registration and Titles: 4P2FB08173U036253
Physical Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on Trailer A-Frame does match trailer title. (Yes, the VIN matches). Title has no ink markings, only online image has privacy markings.
Missouri License Plate Registration Tag (LPRT) on the License Plate Number (LPN) applies to the Seller, therefore, the new Owner is required to purchase a different LPRT. We will verify with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) if they want to change the LPN, or require the Buyer to keep the same LPN with a different LPRT.
Missouri Personal Property Taxes (PPT) are paid through Dec. 31, 2021, and PPT through Dec. 31, 2022 are the responsibility of the Seller, and not payable until November 2022 billing, therefore Buyer will not owe PPT until Jan. 01, 2023, unless laws change.
The trailer is sold as is, no manufacture warranties, no seller warranties, no returns, and no refunds. The Purchase Agreement terms are stated as such, so that there are no legal issues after Purchase Agreement completion. Purchase Agreement completion requires payment of trailer cost listed in the trailer advertisement via official certified bank check, or PayPal via credit card, or Western Union Money Order, official title transfer at a DMV during operating hours with ink signed title and date, payment of title transfer fees, and transfer of physical utility trailer to new owner.
Marketplace is not an auction, but buyers try to outbid others to lock in a verbal agreement to purchase, but verbal offers are not legally binding, and the advertisement price is the current sales price. The trailer hitch accepts a vehicle with a 2” ball-joint, rated at 6,000 pounds, or less, towing capacity. There’s a 4-way, hitch-to-vehicle, flat style electrical connector, and I may be able to offer a 4-to-7 pin round adapter if needed.
In order to connect and pull the trailer, the vehicle operator, and haul vehicle, need legal documentation of valid driver’s license (include international permit if non-USA), vehicle license plate registration that matches vehicle VIN, and insurance covering vehicle. If your valid driver’s license is from a non-USA State, you will also need a valid International Driving Permit (IDP), which is certified through American Automobile Association (AAA), or American Automobile Touring Alliance (AATA).
If any accident or citation occurs while your vehicle is connected, and or pulling the trailer, you, all other vehicles involved, person(s), land property owner(s), and bystanders are responsible and held accountable by determination of law for all accidents, injuries, deaths, property damages, citations, tickets, towing costs, travel costs, cleanup costs, property insurance claims, emergency services, medical expenses of all injured people, medical insurance claims, funeral and burial costs, and all associated fees. After the Purchase Agreement is complete, I am not held accountable for any activity or use that you or anyone does with the trailer.
