Up for auction is a LOW MILEAGE 2003 Dutchmen 31"6" Class C Motorhome Ford E-450 Chassis with Only 25,883 Miles! The engine is a triton 6.8L V10 Gas with Automatic Transmission with overdrive. The cab has tan cloth pattern seating, tan carpeting, tilt, cruise, A/C, Kenwood CD player, dual cup holders, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, woodgrain trim, dual airbags. It has the front overhead entertainment and sliding bunk bed for 1 person, front TV and dual cabinets. The front wall layer in the cabinets has some ripples and the side wall below the window has peeling and wood flaking(see pics) and has a roof vent. The living room has tan carpeting, pattern chair with seat belt, matching jack knife sofa bed, valances with day/night shades front to back. It has the dinette booth with drop table for sleeping. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, 3 burner stove, grill 2 convection microwave oven, vinyl kitchen flooring, Roof A/C ducted front to back, Norcold refrigerator, 6 gallon gas electric water heater. The hallway has mirror closet doors- the closet wall has some rippling but it sold. The bathroom door is a full white door that opens as privacy to the kitchen living room. The bathroom has carpet, the toilet, vanity with mirror cabinet roof vent and fan and the shower. The bedroom has the accordion style door, bed with mattress and comforter headboard and dual nightstands with dual closets. It has a corner Tv cabinet with TV. The generator is a Guradian quiet pac with 396 hours. This is 30 amp service. The interior is very clean other than the rippling and flaking areas we have mentioned. It runs and drives great and we driven here about 350 miles. The tires are in excellent condition with great tread. It does not have an awning. The passengers side has some delamination on the sidewall and a crack in the fender flare(see pics), the roof has a few spots that are a bit soft but it can be walked on all over.
