Purchased Brand New in the Los Angeles area, spending its entire life in Dana Point. Remains all stock with no modifications (all stock appliances).
The original owner barley ever used it & was always taken care of. Comes from a non smoking couple with no pets. The owner recently was diagnosed with illness & came to the conclusion it would be better off used then stored.
Fully self contained & remains all original, never to have been in any sort of accident.
This Roadtrek was recently serviced by a RV specialist. Fluids were changed, generator was serviced (carburetor/fuel pump redone) & all appliances was inspected. Everything is in working order as it should. Just passed California emissions, and the miles/records are documented thru Carfax. Also, was fully detailed inside & out. The original paint has the common paint chipping on the hood & passenger side doors. Never wanted to repaint it cause its original. Tires are all in great shape with life left in them.
