I am listing my 2003 Coachman Mirada M‑300 QB Series RV for sale. This RV is powered by 10 cylinders Ford gas engine with less than 45,000 + miles. It rides very good and is in very good shape as it is very clean and rust free. The paint looks beautiful, its roof is in good condition with no leaks along the body and it has a clean interior that is in terrific condition with no rips, tears or stains. No pets have every been in this RV.
Features and Overall Condition are as Follows:
Length is 30/31 (feet) with one awning shade which is in clean and perfect condition Bedroom is clean and comforter queen bed mattress and accordion privacy door with valances blinds, dual night stands, dual closets with small wall mirrors which folds to TV’s stand Small flat-screen television in front along with video and DVD player at back in bedroom. Gasoline Powered Generator (was checked, serviced its oil was changed and it is in good working condition) Double door refrigerator and freezer with tri-energies users. It was checked, used and is in good condition) Full standing shower with separate Restroom and its tanks were maintained and checked are in good condition Carpet and all seats were steam washed and disinfected and are in perfect condition Inside has dual slide doors (one for kitchen and one for bedroom) Tires are in perfect condition and brakes pads were replaced Radio has cassette player Unit has cable hookup power along with outlets on roof vents There is an abundance of closet space along with clean storage in the inside and outside under the living area Water Capacity 71 (Gallons) Capacity to sleep 4 adults. It has heater on side along with 2 A/C units on top (Those were checked, used both are in good condition) This model: 300QB‑F, has 81.3 gal fresh water capacity Generator is Onan Microquiet 4000 gas‑ 1643 hours Overall inside and outside of this RV are very clean and interior is in good condition and exterior does not have any damage (it had a small scratch on lower portion on bedroom wall which was fixed) Rear vision camera/monitor No decline or cracks on body which most aged motorhomes have Everything is straight and solid It has a scuff on corner of its body All body joints are check and re-sealed.
