This Class B+ RV came from Oklahoma. It is a Rust free Chinook 2400 Destiny XL with Chevy 8100 engine and chassis. It drives very stable, with quick powerful throttle response.
This is the first Chinook I have ever owned. These things are impressive with the full dinette and power sofa that joins the dinette for a LARGE SLEEPING Area. With the largest chevy motor on the market, this is a smooth powerful motor. No smoke, steam, ticks, taps or knocks, ticks or any unwanted noises. No leaks coming from the motor, power steering or transmission. Just a Solid Hard Running Class B with less than 56k miles. The water heater, the furnace are heating perfectly. I used the AC a few days when I towed my Tundra home. The AC is COLD, front and rear. This RV pulled that Tundra as if it was not there. This is really kinda Amazing RV. I guess that"s why they are so hard to find.
It comes with Power Seats on driver and passenger side. Electric mirrors make it easy to see behind the Wide Body. The Chinook has power windows, locks, tilt, cruise, am-fm Sirrus XM radio and rear camera with sound. In the coach, there is a Kenwood, multiple speakers, VHS and DVD player mounted from Chinook factory. The TV was removed. I install a 20-22" Insignia. They seem simple and easy to operate.
This coach has just a bit over 55k miles. It is a solid RV, runs and drives smooth The transmission shifts right on time, with no unwanted noises whatsoever. The steering, brakes, Hot Water heater, Rear AC, it is safe to say, everything is working fine on this RV.
I have several projects but this is the Nicest Driver I have in at this time. The towing power really surprised me. I wonder what a chip can pull out of these engines.If you know, tell me please.
