2003 chevy 4500 wrecker with wheel lift and tow sling. new rear tires rebuilt motor less then 20,000 miles since rebuild duel 12000# winches one winch needs new cable. truck over all is very good mechanically but needs some tlc. looks to me like some wires have been cut and fixed,( not a great job) as I said nothing serious. there is a tow sling comes with I will try to post pick. being sold by lien holder call ask for todd
