I hate to sell her but, extremely well taken care of 2003 carriage/ carri-lite fifthwheel, I have nowned this coach for the last five years and have had no problems with her at all, the couple I bought her from had a new roof installed in 2011 along with a new carrier a.c., as you can tell by the pictures she was well taken care of, has central heat and ac, plus an extra a.c. in front bedroom, comes with microwave,fridge/freezer, , electric heater fireplace, computer desk, I took the old t.v. out and was replaced with a 34in. flatscreen, 2 leather recliners, loveseat sleeper, dinnit for 4, pantrey, garden tub and shower,has a queen size residential matress, the carpet has a little normal wear and could use a good cleaning in the living room, in the bedroom the carpet is like new, plenty of storage inside, has a big basement with pull through tray that can be puished through eather side,this coach is also equipt with the extreme winter package, with heated holding tanks and heated basement, supposed to be good to 20 below, Im includeing all the wheel chockes,wheel covers, awning sun shade, all your sewer hook ups, sideout jacks, front overhang curten, and a full trailer cover, this coach is ready to travel, but the one thing that I know it will need is new tires, I just moved out of this coach and into a house , so I no longer need it, I hope this is what your looking for in a trailer and happy bidding, I do reserve the right to end this aution at anytime do the fact that this trailer is for sale locally
