The high ceiling 7"6" makes you feel at home, easy to live in it.We bought this RV in 2013 maintained it and put it in its current condition, We re[laced: Bedspread and shams, Mattress, New Awning above entrnace door, New glass in entrance door, Microwave, 1 smart TV, water filter under sink, New faucets, Replaced 3 jacks, Hydraulic leveler System. 2 new front tires . New carpet New Pergo floor
In November 2015 we a GPS mishap. GPS told us to take a tunnel, but we were higher than the tunnel. The following items are new due to this mishap: 20" of forward roof decking, 1 antenna TV Sensar III Winegard, 1 Satellite System King Dome 12" in Motion, 2ea 15,000 BTU air conditioners, 1 bedroom TV with CD player, 1 Bathroom bubble window over shower, 1 bathroom fan remote control. We removed the couche and bought 2 very comfortable recliners there is enough room to add a couch, Right now it sleeps 2 but could easily make it to sleep 4.
Since purchase we : 2 Florida trips 1 Florida to AZ trip 3 winter round trips CO to AZ
It is stable and easy to drive in mountains or on flat land On Jun-23-17 at 09:55:53 PDT, seller added the following information: After the GPS mishap it was repaired by a top RV Contractor The repair added to $31,000.00 This unit has lot of new items. On Jun-25-17 at 07:36:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Rear Video Back Up Camera, Interval Wipers, Driver Seat Power, Power steering, Steering wheel controls, Trip odometer, Electric step, Exterior Ladder, Exterior shower, Retractable roof antenna, 1 full size cedar closet in bedroom, Power retractable slide-out. Power retractable patio awning. Pass-Thru storage. 1 Propane tank, 1 refrigerator dual doors. The diesel-powered generator will provide 2-phase, 220-240 volt AC power (two 110-120 volt legs) when shore power is not available. It can be controlled both at the generator and from the remote "start/Stop" controls located on the driver"s armrest. The automatic transfer switch switches r from the shore cord to the generator when the generator is started. The output of the generator is connected to the motorhome AC electrical system through the load center main breakers. Generator has 3040hrs
Some outside decals are weathered but not looking ugly. Driver and passenger seats are off white leather Passenger seat has spider veins on seat.

The new roof and all the new items I would say is probably close to a new unit. On Jun-29-17 at 08:02:33 PDT, seller added the following information: A year ago I replaced the slide seals on both slides The GPS mishap has not affected the Title because it was not considered an accident
