Well maintained class A diesel motorhome, just returned from the shop for a checkup. Replaced alternator and checked brakes. All systems operational. Have all maintenance records. NADA guide price report lists low retail of 33,750 before any options are included. This coach was pure luxury in it"s day and has every option possible. Fridge is double door, basement heat/air. separate shower, tons of storage, pull sliding door pantry, corian countertop, tiled kitchen floor. All upholstery and rugs were professionally dry cleaned. Non- smokers, no animals. Solar charger and diesel generator. I have the original list of options and would be happy to send it as a pdf.
The bad:
Coffee maker needs a part they don"t make any more
Removed the old CRT tv from over the dash and used the space as storage. Will include a free standing tv with purchase.
Slideout awning over living room has small tear that I have repaired with awning tape.
Rear passenger HWH jack is lazy, takes longer than the others to retract. I will adjust the price to reflect needing new one.
Engine batteries could stand replacing.
Passenger floor slide slow.
Scratches on both sides from brushing against pine trees at my location.
Previous owner dented battery door, but it still latches.
I"m approximately 40 miles from Ohare airport in Chicago and I can pick you up.
