For Sale, freshly cleaned, all ready to go. We have had some wonderful times in this RV. Great layout, nice size, perfect for 2 adults, or with a couple others. Both front fold-down beds are equivalent to super singles. Could accommodate 2 kids each.
With 2 travelers, you don"t even have to open the slide if only staying one night. Plenty of room to move around. All lights have been upgraded to LED"s, interior is reupholstered, front passenger seat is equipped with ac outlet and a fold-out desk for work. Both captain chairs spin around to make a living room when parked.
Comes with new Pioneer radio/GPS/multimedia center, bluetooth handsfree phone. Backup camera.
This unit has some great addons. It comes with 2 solar panels on the roof that flow to a converter in the front outside box. Perfect for camping off the grid. Comes with 2 added 12-volt outlets in the bedroom and a 12-volt battery under the front console with a usb/12-volt charging unit for while driving.
Kitchen has been updated with flexible backsplash in glass tile pattern. Real Full size pillow-top mattress in the bedroom. Satellite receiver and hookups in front cupboard, cell phone booster in opposite cupboard.
The RV is clean, all works well, built-in Onan 4000 micro-quiet generator with 551 hours, TONS of storage, nice front dash area. All middle carpeting has been removed and upgraded to a solid piece of wood-grain linoleum. Much better wear factor and very easy to maintain. No spill gets through.
Fridge is dual propane & electricity for versatility. 6-Gallon gas water heater has been upgraded to a hybrid (Electric & Gas).
Great feature is the awnings over all the windows and slides. The patio awning was just replaced a week ago because it was showing signs of aging. They provide privacy, enable you to leave windows open even if it rains and sun protection. Very expensive addon.
Mileage is currently 77,798. The motorhome continues to be used on occasion so mileage may increase between now and the sale. The vehicle is 17 years old and thus it comes with no warranty and being sold as-is.
