Inherited from my grandparents who were lifetime RV"ers (I tagged along often as a kid in the summer).
This RV was stored indoors it"s entire life, only has 21,730 miles on it, and is clean.
After I received it, I invested nearly $7,000 to make sure it was ready for the road (details below). Took one trip last summer which was great, but don"t really use it enough to keep it. Would rather sell to someone who will use it more.
Service performed in 2018 (by Camping World, Richmond, IN):
Full PDI (pre-delivery inspection) - most comprehensive review of all systems Sealed entire roof, full exterior, and all windows Replaced both house batteries Installed new Max Air vent cover New bluetooth radio Installed CO/smoke detectors Chassis service performed in 2018 (by Motorkars, Columbus, OH):
Full inspection/service of engine New muffler Recharged A/C refrigerant New serpentine belt All fluids and filters replaced Tire rotation/balance Known issues:
Generator works but is loud, may need repair Captain chair missing arm rest Refrigerator works great, but need to install interior replacement freezer door (I have), suggest new seal at some point Missing passenger side, rear hubcap Headlights adjusted
I have all paperwork from when my grandparents purchased it, their service records, my service records, and all of the original manuals. I have 2 sets of keys, Ohio title in hand and current plates.
Overall, this is a GREAT vehicle that has so much life left on it.
