Vehicle description

Selling 2002 Class C Winnebago Rialta 22-foot FD (21’8”) Volkswagen with 201 HP V6 cruise-equipped engine. 178,000 miles with approximately 40,000 miles since a major engine refurb. A dashboard-mounted Scan GaugeII engine-monitoring device is installed. A recently rebuilt four-speed automatic transmission transmits power to the front wheels. A transmission cooler with cold-weather bypass and a dipstick have been installed. Tires are less than 2 years old with lots of tread wear remaining. Additional rear leaf springs (2) have been installed on each side for better handling. Rust repair on the underbody, wheel wells, and windshield have been done within the last year. Handles like a van, fits in typical parking spaces. Mileage ranges from 14-19 MPG.
The layout features rear twin beds, center pull-out bath with toilet and shower, tiled floors, and front kitchen. There is an exterior shower. There is a club chair with pull-up table. The front seats rotate for
added convenience. The interior is bright with six windows and a skylight. The RV has a 2800 watt Onan generator, high-capacity low-profile roof mounted air conditioner with heat strip, separate 19,000 BTU gas furnace, power roof vent fan, GE microwave oven, two-burner gas stove, stainless steel galley sink with high faucet, A mana electric refrigerator, Engel AC/DC refrigerator-freezer chest, and an AC and engine heated 4 gallon water heater. The dash iPod-capable stereo can broadcast to front and rear speakers. There is a drop-down TV. An exterior plug is used to provide AC power from an available campground outlet, with two deep-cycle marine batteries for DC power at other times. A Progressive Dynamics PD9245 converter/charge is installed for longer life from the coach batteries. A 1000 watt inverter can convert this DC to AC for appliance use when away from a campground. There is a manually-operated exterior Fiamma awning. The RV interior is very clean with no pet or smoke odors and everything works well.
