Vehicle description
The Rialta, HD class C motorhome is one of Winnebago"s more popular models. It is less than 22" long but it has all the amenities of a much larger RV. It is powered by a VW Eurovan 201 HP engine which delivers fuel economy in the 15 - 18 mpg range. It is easy to drive thanks to its size and the automatic transmission. Parking is a snap in most spots, so no towed vehicle is needed. Power windows in the cab area and remote power door locks are convenient. This one owner Rialta was purchased new and has been meticulously maintained in both appearance and mechanical areas. There have been no pets/no smoking and it has always garaged when at home. It was last used for a 5000 mile round trip from south-central Pennsylvania to Phoenix, AZ. It ran very well during that trip. Medical issues force this sale. Features of the Rialta HD include – • Two captain"s chairs up-front that swivel towards a pull-up table with an additional chair on the opposite side of table.
• A three burner stove, oven, microwave and stainless steel sink in the galley with a large skylight in the ceiling.
• A bathroom with a toilet, pull-down basin and medicine cabinet. Extendable walls create room for a shower. A ceiling exhaust fan provides ventilation.
• A three way 2.7 cu. ft. refrigerator with an interior freezer section.
• Two dinette seats in the rear with a pull-up table. The seats convert into a 50" x 79" bed. • A wardrobe closet with rod. • Cabinets in the galley, bedroom area and rear deck provide ample storage space.

The State Inspection is good until July 2018. The exterior has been waxed and detailed while inside the carpets have been shampooed, all cabinets and appliances cleaned and waxed where appropriate. The upholstery is in quite good condition. The holding tanks have been emptied and sanitized. All windows have been cleaned inside and outside. On the road. Included in the price are the most essential items for camping at either a full hookup site or at a boondocking site. The shore line (30 amp electrical cable) stores on a reel in the trunk and connects to an exterior outlet at the rear of the coach. Two small ramps facilitate leveling when at a campsite. Water hoses of various lengths are provided for hook-up to a fresh water supply plus a water filter with storage container. A pressure regulator is also included as well as 12’ and 25’ TV cables.
