Condition - We have clear title in hand. There is nothing that needs addressing before an extended road trip that we are aware of. This is an exceptionally nice coach! It runs amazing and we would not hesitate to get on the road and go anywhere! It only has 64,341 LOW ORIGINAL LOW MILES! The tires are new 2018 and in great condition. The dash AC and the roof AC blow ice cold The fiberglass roof is in excellent condition. The systems are in great working order. This RV does not have any leaks. The large patio awning is in perfect shape, however the trip mechanism is not working perfectly, so the awning wants to retract in both positions. The awning is still perfectly usable. This is not like the typical Class C coach of this year where the overhead loft area shows sagging. You will not be disappointed! If you have been looking for very long and compare this to other coaches of this year or even much newer you will be pleasantly surprised by its condition and features! Don"t miss out!
