Up for sale is a really nice Sterling single axle truck tractor with reasonable mileage, and best of all completely rust free, and 1 owner, U.S. Postal service, which maintains their trucks every 4 months, complete fluid changes and greased. Any interested buyers may contact the shop foreman to verify any maintenance. This truck was in Georgia up until the last two years it came north, then it wasn"t ran in the winter at all, so the frame and body are in superb shape. GVWR is 25500, under CDL, do anybody can drive it. Air brakes, Allison automatic transmission, air ride seat, air hose reel, platform, air brake hookups for trailer as well as electric brake controller, cruise control, tires are like new, fifth wheel in great shape, turbo was just replaced, Mercedes MB906 6.4 liter motor with 216k well maintained miles. Brakes are in great shape as well as brake lines. Only issue with the truck is the dark is broke in a couple places, which was common for these dashes. The USPS reinforced it however and it is tight at this point. Pictures show that damage fairly clearly. The rest of this unit is unbelievably clean and in good shape.
