2002 Scamp 16ft standard with wet bath travel trailer. Layout number: 6. This is the standard model with The wet bath and side dinnette. 15 gallon fresh water holding tank with on demand 12v Surflo water pump. 12v battery, 12v LED interior lighting, Fully self contained, Grey/Black water tanks. dual Tank Lp gas that supplies the two burner stove, Fridge, and water heater, all in working condition, Dometic 3-way fridge, Lp gas furnace in working condition, All 12v lighting in the trailer is in working condition. Brand New 13” tires "Zero miles", bearings re-greased, door seals replaced, no water leaks, exterior screw caps all redone/resealed, Brand new Roof mount ac shroud, Chassis has some very minor surface rust. No soft spots on the floor, never been smoked in, no interior odor, Never Flooded. Everything on this trailer is original factory made. Awning is in working condition with no rips or cracks in the vinyl fabric.
Exterior: no fiberglass damage, no gel coat cracks, gel coat Needs a good waxing to get the shine back. Brand new Roof mount A/C Shroud, Brand New Lp Gas Cover.
Interior: all original, no cushion stains or damage. No odors, interior walls are very clean, No plumbing issues, no gas leaks, no water leaks.
Running gear/chassis: Brand New 13” tires/wheels, bearings re-greased, 2” hitch ball, 7-pin around trailer light plug, all of the exterior/Exterior lights are in working condition.
Rear dinette full size bed that converts back to a dinning table. Side Dinette Table Converts to a single person sleeper.
