The Motor-home is built on a GM Workhorse chassis and has a 454 Chevrolet engine. It has less than 28,000 miles. All important utilities work. Original refrigerator runs off electric and propane. Furnace is thermostatically controlled and runs off electric when plugged in or generator when running. Stove works on propane. Oven probably has never been used. Microwave operates off electric or when generator is running. Roof top air conditioner blows cold air and runs off the thermostat in the bedroom. Runs when plugged into electric or when generator is running. Chemical toilet works as it should. Water heater and pumps work properly. The living room kitchen and bathroom all have new vinyl plank flooring. Bedroom and drivers compartment have been re-carpeted. Large 36 inch TV installed in living kitchen area.
