This is a very nice motorhome for it"s age. We used it in an RV park for over 4 years and everything worked. This is a home on wheels. This would be quite useful in the stressful times were in right now. You are able to move yourself where you want, when you want to enjoy those times or could be any other family members quarters if need be, or on your property. When it was manufactured, it was top of the line, and due to the low mileage, it is still very desirable. With it"s low low miles, it makes this one a gem. The only reason it"s for sale, my wife wanted new one. Looking back at the cost of the new one, makes me wish I kept this older one. If you don"t believe me, you can buy that one instead. About the negatives, - Bedroom slider awning needs replacing, ABS brake light is on, but it does not affect the braking, On our trips it never bothered us and we were going through the Grapevine mountains in Ca. There is a little pitting under the front bra cover, and the cover is a bit tattered. There is petina on the decals, due to it"s age and normal wear. Thank you for your consideration, and stay safe.
