It is 40 feet long, has new carpet, new tile floor, new front air conditioner, over $1,000 worth of new batteries, and new ownings (over slideouts and main owning). Motor home will sleep 8 comfortably and could also put an air mattress to fit 2 more. RV has 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath. RV has a washer/dryer. RV contains tons of space and storage inside and out! RV has a very strong Cummins motor and a great generator. Everything on the RV works to perfection except the fuel gauge works randomly, a crack in the windshield ,and the driver AC needs freon.
