Pioneer DEH-P2500 stereo w/ 4 ceiling speakers, and remote. Atwood 2 burner propane cooktop, large electric skillet. Clean Ikea Sultan queen sized mattress. 4 Atwood wireless remote-control lifting jacks, w/ 2 remotes, and manual driver adapter. Folding stereo antenna, roof rack tracks. New Yeti Tundra, 35 quart cooler, for cold foods "n" beverages. Outdoor shower hookup, awning track, no awning. Smoke/co2/and propane gas sensors! ! ! Multi-speed air vent fan w/ thermostat. Currently winterized water system with a lcohol based antifreeze.
Includes a small electric, dehumidifier, timed space heater, multi-speed fan. Games: backgammon, dominoes, cards, checkers. The original propane/elec refrigerator is out, a new off-grid Yeti cooler in its place. The toilet water feed has a leak, we never used it, so I turned off the valve to the head and shower. Previous owner repaired front right corner, had a leak, it aint pretty but it"s water tight. 4 tie down points upgraded to a heavy duty steel angle duplicating original positions. The air conditioner is original equipment, the service guy was surprised it still worked so well. The ol" plastic cover for the rooftop A/C unit is brittle and cracked, see pic of roof, unit works great.
(4 brackets, currently bolted to my F250 frame, are available for an additional $500. I"m leaving them on the truck in the case I have to deliver the camper. Again, brackets fitting this particular truck are additional $500, if applicable, and you want them for your vehicle.)
