| “This pop-up is in really good shape for it's age! Sleeps 7 w/ Full/Queen bed. The electric system is solid and all the appliances work great. It has a propane heater, camp stove, carbon monoxide detector, and 3-way mini fridge. The trailer itself has a little surface rust in the front, but still very solid otherwise. The towing hitch uses a four-way plug. The trailer's a surge braking system is holding fluid and seems in good working order. The canvas is in decent shape with only minor mold staining from a previous owner (barely noticeable and no mold odor). The awning is like new. I have always stored the camper in my garage and the previous owner claims to have done so as well. At the start of this season I treated the roof with Kool Seal roof coating. The trailer is super light and I have easily towed it with my 6-cylider minivan. Closed, the pop-up measures about 10' in length; open with slide outs it's 20'. This has been a great family camper and we just had it out two weeks ago.” |

2002 Jayco Eagle 10 Ultralite camper. This pop-up is in really good shape for it"s age! Sleeps 7 w/ Full/Queen bed. The electric system is solid and all the appliances work great. It has a propane heater, camp stove, carbon monoxide detector, and 3-way mini fridge. The trailer itself has a little surface rust in the front, but still very solid otherwise. The towing hitch uses a four-way plug. The trailer"s a surge braking system is holding fluid and seems in good working order. The canvas is in decent shape with only minor mold staining from a previous owner (barely noticeable and no mold odor). The awning is like new. Interior wood/ fabric all in good shape. All screen are in tact and the door (not pictured) is in good condition, too.
