2002 Holiday Rambler Vacationer Class A. Model 34SBD 2 slides. Condition is Used. 8.1 gm Workhorse with Allison trans. Power driver seat. Drivers door with power window.
The body has scratches on the right front, and an area in the right rear that I smashed with a trailer. It is 35 feet long with 2 slides, living room and a full bedroom slide, they have toppers that also turn into window awnings. The rear topper needs a new spring that I have and is included. The inside is nice, it will need a good cleaning inside and out from just sitting. 2 areas inside have had water damage but not that bad for an old coach. The worst area is at the side door, see picture. We used this coach from 2009 untill 2016 for beach trips and family reunions, it has been used in my driveway for family when they visit, like a guest house. I start it and exercise the generator and both ac units at least every 2 months. It has a 32" flat screen in the living area that needs to be mounted to the cabinet. It has a 19" flat screen with dvd player made in mounted in the bedroom. I have a Blue ray smart dvd theater system that will be included. It has In Motion self adjusting satellite dome on the roof. DSI hot water heater. Ducted roof air front and back. 13k in rear 15k in front. The furnace was replaced in 2015. The fridge is new never used, it is just a standard 120v fridge, no gas. It has heated tanks and a 5k genset that will run eveything. 50 amp service with both adapters to allow you to plug it into a std. 120 volt power source. I do have a battery maintainer on it to keep the batterys charged when sitting. I have a 2000 watt inverter in the back for off grid use. The roof will need to be resealed, and maybe recaulk all the windows It has padded ceilings with no stains. Fold out couch and drop down dinett table. Sleeps 6. It has day and night shades, 1 shade in the bed room will not stay up, privacy door in the bed room that slides to close that area off, the bath door locks open to make a large private dressing area. Queen size bed. Lots of storage, Good graphics for the age, it cleans up very nice. The tires are dated from 2008 but have great tread and no cracking. This RV still has a book value of around 22k you can own it and fix the small things and have a very nice RV for a little over 1/2 book value. I have what I belive a very fair price listed. I do have a reserve. And I will listen to all offers. If sold it will need to be picked up here in Roanoke, Va. 24018 it is being sold as is. The same way I bought it in 2009. You will need to have it registered and insured in your state and any inspections that may be required at your expense. I will be happy to show this RV to anyone that is interested in buying it.
