2002 Holiday Rambler 38PBDD Diesel Pusher Motor Home. 36,000 original miles, has 7 brand new Continental HDR-1 tires (see photo) with 7/8" tread depth, six on unit and one wheel-mounted spare. New windshields (both sides) just replaced due to rock hits. Two Duo-Therm 13,000 BTU air conditioners, both working very well, new 10 gallon electric/propane hot water heater installed two years ago, new furnace motor last winter. Owner-installed external propane tank connection, inspected and passed. Cummins ISX 330 hp engine, Allison 6-speed automatic transmission, Hadley air horns. Hydraulic leveling system (manual), works well. New Serta perfect sleeper queen mattress. All plumbing connections reworked with heavy duty pex connectors when we bought it. Sony Sound system with CD Changer, 42" Sony flat-screen TV installed in front replacing original CRT, Visio 42" flat screen in the bedroom, corner CRT removed and compartment turned into cupboard. Bose sound bar below each TV. Solid Oak cabinets with brass handles. Dining table replaced with oak rolltop desk with dual computer monitor mountings. Can remove and reinstall dining table if desired. Onan 7500W generator, 800 hours. New Inverter/Battery charger two years ago. Diesel tank fills on both sides. Needs carpet, cosmetics inside, needs slide-out awnings replaced. Minor scrapes on bottoms of three bay doors on driver"s side. One bay has sliding tray for easy access. Leather Lazy Boy Recliners in three positions, need repair to upper headrests. Sharp Carousel Microwave/Convection oven, Splendide Washer/Dryer dual function unit, side-by-side Norcold combination electric/LP refrigerator.We lived in this unit as full-timers for eight years. It was in mint condition inside when we bought it, now needs refreshing inside and some polish outside, but the chassis isn"t even broke-in yet! Mechanically perfect and everything works.
